We previously had a negative experience with an independent designer, a project that went nowhere, so we were so relieved to find that Dan and Erika Ptak not only listened to what features we hoped to have, but also were experienced in delivering it and had samples in their showroom that were exactly what we envisioned. Within a day of our meeting we received a detailed proposal that specified materials and included computer generated drawings. Our remodel involved replacing a huge Jacuzzi with a gorgeous (and more practical) free standing tub, custom wall niches, a large, barrier-free, doorless shower, programmable heated floor, lots of recessed lighting, and beautiful cabinets. Dan, Erika, and their employees were wonderful to work with. Their goal was to ensure that we were completely satisfied, and to that end they were flexible, cheerfully making changes we requested along the way. They also made sure that we were left with a sparkling clean home upon completion. Our large master bath is stunning, and I wouldn’t change a thing. We highly recommend this very professional family-owned business and would not hesitate to work with them again.”
